This is a redesign of the re-release of America’s metalcore band: Lamb of God. They first released their album ‘Sacrament’ in 2006 then released it again in 2007 as a ‘Deluxe Producer Edition’. The design of the special edition album had the same design as the original album and I wanted it to look more like a ‘Special Edition’ album were American Metal Fans can get the same treatment in their music for special releases as other genres get.

This design included a set and layout that is more tangible and collectable to fans that would make them purchase the CD set then to buy the special features from digital stores such as Amazon and iTunes. I wanted to give fans a design were they remember the reason why they would buy tangible music such as LPs and CDs then to buy digital music.
